We will be allowing rustic camping at the events. Cost is $7 per person payable when you arrive and cash only please.
- Tents and campers are allowed however there is no camper hookups for electric, water or sewer.
- There will be 1 controlled campfire for all campers to enjoy and use, no additional open fires will be allowed. You are welcome though to bring a grill if you wish to cook food.
- There will be a pulic outdoor (but covered) cold shower available. Notice that it is cold water.
- Quite time is midnight to 5am. No car traffic will be allowed on the road past midnight. If you are not planning on arriving until after midnight then you must get prior permission. Please contact me right awat if you are planning on arriving past midnight - approval is under certain circumstances only.
- No drugs or alcohol is allowed. If you are caught using such items, you will be escorted off the property and may not be allowed back.
- Nobody will be allowed to walk the fields once the sun goes down.
- Camping is only limited to the Friday and Saturday of the event weekend. No one will be allowed to camp any other nights.
- There will be security, so at anytime, if security finds that you are not abiding by the rules or doing something that is inappropriate, he may ask you to leave.
Remember guys, this is being offered to help offset the players costs, however, the saftey of the field, event equipment and other player/persons is first priority. We ask that if you could please respect the rules.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO CAMP.....
You
MUST be on the list. The security officer will not allow you to set up unless you are on the list. To get on the list, you must call OACC at (410) 885-5555. What to include is:
- Name of the team
- Name of the person who will be responsible
- Contact of the person who will be responsible (preferred Cell phone)
- Date of arrival and estimated time
- If you are going to be using a Tent, Camper, sleeping in car, ect...
You have to reserve your spot and that does mean not calling 10pm Friday night that you are arriving in 30 min. Reservations need to be made no later than Thursday Night...
