Huge Geo Problem

So I sent my gun off to have it tuned up/ all o rings and such replaced while I was in Haiti. Got it back today and went to play. At first it had no problems whatsoever, shot better than ever. And then it started to do things it had never done before: chop paint and ball drop off mid rope. A lot! I cleaned the eyes, thinking it could be a problem with them, took out the bolt and gave it a good wipe down and then lube, but I just can't think of what it could be. Any one know what I can do? And yes, I do have the gst kit and gr2 installed.

Dwell is 17 (going for smoothness, not efficiency), reg is clean, using eclipse lube, bolt stick is off, and using the same tank I've always used on it. And battery indicator shows 3/4 good. Anything else? Oh, and if it helps, the dropoff is quite evident even with eyes off dryfiring (yes I know this isn't good for the gun, but I figured four shots for the sake of identifying the problem wasn't too bad). I can definately hear a cycling difference.

Ruled out the battery, threw in a new one and still same problem. Can't get the reg right now because I don't have a 3/8th and a 5/16th to dissassemble in my barracks room. Anything else it could be that I can check on now?

-As for ball breaks. Replace the batteries in your hopper and try again. Maybe lower force feeding a bit if you are using very brittle paint.
What kind of paint did produce the problem? Did other have problems too?
What temp was when you experiented the problem?

- Try a different 850psi air system
- Clean and service the inlinereg
- Lower dwell to 14.5 and reset the regulator. I never tried a dwell of 17 yet. By using such a high dwell value you will use a lower inlinereg pressure for sure. This might be to low to recharge the system fast enough.
- fully wipe down the bolt and can and just give it a very very light, just shiny lubrication.
- Replace the rear #20 o-ring on the can and the 14x2 o-ring on the bolt

Did you hear any tiny leaks out of the barrel yet?
If so replace the #17 inside of the can and the 14x2 on the propshaft.

Let us know how you are doing.

Hey, **** you can use in your barracks room for tools, because I know we don't exactly have access to a lot of tools and stuff, without paying out our *** at the PX. Try getting a couple of the fat rubberbands from work, wrap them around the reg for grip and twist it apart.

Clean off all the old grease from the reg piston, and from the inside of the reg body, then relube the reg piston with a light coat of grease. Just enough so as to not see globs of grease. If you see white (or whatever the color the lube you use is), you used too much.

Hopper has new batteries, same problem. And is a rotor that was on lowest setting by end of day. Paint was Draxxus silver. Same problem with different air system. Literally every O-ring in gun replaced. Bolt wiped down a relubed again; no cigar. So I just lowered the dwell and reset reg. Now it feels like air is coming out of the frame above the grip on every shot. I've only had this thing for three months, two of which I was in haiti and unable to play with it. I'm thinking it's a job for PE.

Noid is in there nice and tight. I'm worried that any more and I'll damage it, so no adjustments there.

No, sadly I don't have the tools to unscrew it and it is taking the restraint of a monk to keep me from drop kicking the reg after all this time of trying to unscrew it by hand.

The "air" you feel coming from the frame is the soleniod venting. That is normal they all do that to a point.
