I started doing cardio in the morning, should i refrain form eating till after doing it?
There is so muched mixed advice on fasted vs. non-fasted cardio. There isn't really a definitive answer, I've heard experts take both sides so I would leave it up to your personal preference.

Honestly, I personally believe (and a lot of people agree) that the amount of difference between fasted cardio vs non-fasted cardio is negligible. Running on an empty stomach isn't going to magically make you lose 5 more pounds. I personally would at least eat a little bit before running just so I don't pass out from not eating since the night before.

Are you going to be spending the summer in Jefferson? If so, I should be lifting at the rec center before or after baseball, so depending on what time practice is, we should lift together.
I tried to go without carbs today but i started feeling sick around 6. My legs are sore a ****, sad part is i only ran/walked 2 laps which i believe is 1.5miles.

It is multipurpose, it surrounds 4 baseball fields. It prob would have been a mile but there are two olyimpic size pools plus a diving well cutting it short.
