I owe the guy 20$. he is a friend that is local i dont see him that often but we always talk on the phone. He tells me that i owe him which i dont have the money right now. He tells me that it is perfectly fine that i can get him the money when i can. As him and another friend get mad at me because of jokes he simply goes and leaves me a negative cause he was able too, saying that i refused to give him the money. was this right or wrong? i told him that i would pay him when i can and he said that it was perfectly fine.
as here it is. also should i add that he left feedback threw a thread that never had the slg in it. also the deal was never originated on pbnation in the first place.
