DM5 shutting off during play

Hey, I picked up a DM5 and started playing again this season, the DM5 had legit only been used once before I bought it. Everything works perfect but every time I slide or dive hard my gun shuts off, its not the battery, and I made sure the board was secured and not loose. Any idea's?

Sounds like you may still have a loose wire somewhere. If the power disconnect anywhere, the gun will turn off. Check the battery harness where it attaches to the board.

check the wires inside the clip that attaches to the battery. I had broken the wire in mine and any major movement would cause the wire to stop touching and turn off the board.

Also the on/off membrane pad might need replacing.

Every time you slide or dive, are you squeezing the back of the frame and turning it off? Sounds dumb, but people do it with those membrane pads sometimes.
