I'm glad we've discussed my body hair at length

My bench is back to where it was 3 weeks ago since i got the stomach flu, which is 140x5, but i'm hoping it goes up pretty quickly from here out.

My bench numbers suck, for no reason other than I neglected it like a ******* for the longest time. My DL is at ~350 and my squats ~300 right now, so it slightly makes up for it.
