Egomag Complete!
After months of tracking down parts and a few weeks of assembly I just finished my new Egomag! Everything came together perfectly and I couldn't be happier with it. It has the best of both worlds: Automag reliability and smoothness coupled with electro speed. It keeps up with the newest guns out there.
The best part is that I bought an extra rail and sear assembly so that if the electronics ever go down for some reason, I can simply throw on the extra rail with my Inteliframe and Im good to go.
A special thanks goes to Rouge for going out of his way to get me a Shadow Rail!
Parts Used:
-X valve
-ULT Trigger pull kit (5 shims)
-Stock Etek 2 Trigger frame
-Stock Etek 2 Board
-DP RAPS ASA
-MPA-3 Actuator
-Luke's Piston
-Palmers Pursuit 10-32 UEF to 1/16 ID tube Low Profile Elbow
-SMC S070C-SDG-32 Solenoid
-WGP OutKast LPR
-RPG Shadow Rail
I had to mill a little bit off of the bottom shelf directly below the battery to make room for the supply air line as seen here:
Tight fit
Screw Placement:
Hope you guys like it. Feel free to ask any questions!

Thanks! No the frame doesnt fit the rail so i had to drill two other holes in the frame. It was really tricky because i had to make the sear pn the rail sit only millimeters away from the MPA 3 Ram on the frame or else it wouldnt work properly.
It took a long time to measure exactly where the frame should fit up against the rail so that the ram would hit the sear perfectly and even longer triple checking it. Once i got the front hole drilled, the second was easy. But it was worth the extra time to be precise about it in the end.

Thanks! Yes it is capable of sustained fire for an entire hopper, though im doing my best to preserve it as long as possible by keeping it in short bursts. It really is alot of pressure running through such a small solenoid so I want to be careful.

I would guess its around 90psi or so. The solenoid is rated at 110psi so I dont have much leeway.

Find me another ASA that has output holes on both sides, has an on/off function that doesn't interfere with the lpr output hose, doesn't obstruct the lpr output line from getting into the frame, comes with a rail in the package, is black, has a high enough flow rate to sustain both the 90psi required by the lpr and the over 850psi the valve requires all for cheaper than the $30 I paid for this ASA brand new. Then you can criticize my choice of ASAs.
Besides, the DP RAPS is one of the best ASAs out there. Its hard to beat the flip lever. Its cheap, its solid, its innovative, you dont need to maintain it, and it just plain works every time.

You should be plenty fine. 20 psi is actually a large amount in solenoid terms.
