Practice and get good. I reccomend joining a team first rather thatn starting one. look at APX Gear and Redz for some pretty good sponsorships

Redz is a pretty good brand, but they don't have a very good sponsorship. Just because they sponsor practically anyone, doesn't mean they are good. Pay attention at what they are offering you. You'll be surprised.

Yeah. You have some companies that give sponsorship out to everyone, but you don't benefit a whole lot from it. On the other hand, you have companies that give out few sponsorships but man, they do teams some good.

Most sponsorships that small/new/inexperienced teams are able to pick up are really a "discount plan" administered through a local store. Redz's program is exactly that - you sign with them, and then you buy a pants, jersey, gloves, pack, headband package at a small discount. The catch is that you have to buy the package for every player on your team. I believe the recent BT/Invert packages were similar.

I would seriously join a team and not start one unless you do pretty well. I live near Air Assault and I highly doubt I could get anyone to join my team.
But on the contrary i am not even 15 so my credibility is rather lacking

i agree with the people saying join a team first because ive played for along time and getting to know people that are tournament grade players is hard. in my school theres no one. but right now im just looking for a team.
but if u do just start one just play have fun practice and win. if u lose all the time u most likely wont get sponserd
