I think the ZAP hoppers were just released recently. The store I help out at was supposed to get some while I was at cup I'll have to see what I think of them tomorrow.

www.copaintball.com has them on their page

Thanks for the info Smeek.

I know there was a thread about this loader a whiles back in this forum. But has anyone have a chance to use this loader lately? I saw it in action at my local field just recently and it looked as if it was performing rather well.

Anyone have any new input based on first-hand experience on this loader?

Major pros/cons?

I just wanna add this info for anyone interested in the Zap loader.

Well, I was able to test out the loader at my local field just yesterday. My thoughts? Not a bad loader. The plastic is high-quality tough material, not like the gem series revvies. It does hold over 200 rounds and you can pack the balls in there tight. Feeding? Not bad up to 13bps. Very consistant and true. Over 13bps, the hopper does seem to gag a bit but still performs well.

Bad? Well, the vibration was rather annoying to me. When the loader "vibrated", my whole marker shook. And for smaller players, I think this will be a huge distraction in gameplay. Not to mention shooting one-handed.

Overall, its not a bad loader and I bet people will pick it up but it has its faults and I dont believe it's "the next best thing". I guess that's left up to the Halo if it ever comes out.

So I didnt pick the loader up, although it cost only $51 at the shop - which is roughly $10 cheaper than revvies. I did the next best thing to getting a new hopper - I got an X-board for my 12v. No more delay! Nice.

i just bought a zap mach 404 loader and it feeds nice, everytime you pull the trigger and your gun jumps a little bit, it will shake for about 2 seconds. i could berely feel the shake on my cocker.i bought mine at www.paintball-discounters.com for about $54.00.
you can also fill it up all the way without it jamming since it vibrates instead of spining them.
