im not positive but it may need flashed to do it... i dont remember
easy way to find out is set your board to lowest setting, do you have the manual ????

It depends if they have the latest code or not. There were three versions of the code for the Droid. V1 went down to 14bps, V2 went to 11bps and V3 goes to 8bps. The only way to tell is to set the ROF setting to one blink and see what it shoots at.
