As for the fill nipple, what is your issue ?
I have an older ninja reg on an even older bottle that I use for travel because I can unscrew the reg easily. I usually use a wrench to grip the fill nipple to unscrew the reg if I cannot remove it by hand.

I would prefer to continue using my G2 tank when I travel if I can get the reg off without having to remove the gauge and fill nipple. Obviously I don't have that special tool to grip the reg.

Hi. When i filled up the tank it startes to leak air out of the fillnipple. I then unscrewed the fillnipple and saw that the o-ring was twisted. I straigthened out the o-ring but when i went to fill the tank up again it wouldnt let any air inside the tank. Anyone got a possible solution to this?

Thanks in advance!

I have a Myth Reg that I bought around 2007. I have forgotten what it is rated for and I am wondering if you can help me find out. It isn't labeled for output pressure or max tank pressure. There are three ports, fill nipple, gauge (reads up to 5K), and a burst disk rated to 7.5 K. The silk screening on it says Pat. Pending and 2717-01/08B.

Any clues?

What are the sizes of the flange o-ring and the ASA pin o-ring?

I've got a small leak out the front of my tank through the bonnet; it's probably one of these two. Output pressure is stable; it's just slowly leaking out the front.

You do not need the the special tool and you can actually do it by using two pieces of wood on each side of the teeth of the vice. This way you can avoid damage/teeth marks on the regulator.

See video for reference.

We have the 70/45K Digi camo tank in stock now and you will actually find that online already or at your local paintball store. You can also contact your local paintball shop to order one for you (I highly recommend this).

We will have the other sizes and the black 100/45K in stock in the next couple of days.

We will announce this once we do.

Let me know if you have any questions.

You screwed in the fill nipple too deep; it needs enough space for the strut inside to open and close. Rule of thumb is to leave around one and half threads sticking out. Please remove the fill nipple from the regulator body, clean the threads, then apply again with teflon tape or blue loctite on the threads. A drop of loctite should be sufficient.

Let me know how it turns out for you.

Theoretically yes you can, but we have not done any test to do this.

What output pressure do you need?

Please advise.

You have a First Generation Myth 4500 PSI regulator.

The small flange o-ring is a 012-90 Buna O-ring.

The Top flange, Asa top o-ring is a 015-90 Buna or polyurethane o-ring works as well.

If you need the actual o-ring on the brass ping, then that would be 004-90 polyurethane o-ring.

Sorry for the delay, but here you go.

Lower piston- 1.25*2.9mm Viton
Upper piston- 010 Buna
Lower flange- 012 Buna
The tank o-rings are the same 015-90 Buna

Mid pressure will be fine, but with with a Low Output pressure you can get more shots out of it. Are you sure you have a Mid Pressure regulator? We started shipping the Myth reg in 2010 a HP, please open up the regulator and let me know what color the spring is.

Gold is for Low Pressure/Mid Pressure and silver is for High pressure. The difference between Low pressure and Mid pressure is the seat retainer.

See video below that explains how to open up the regulator.
