It won't be Phoenix for reasons I won't get into but have no control over.
If PSP releases Chicago the week after Phoenix, it'll be Chicago.
If not, it'll be something custom.
I'll think about whether to release it in advance or not. As someone who last played paintball in 2000 (well, not really, but last SERIOUSLY played paintball in 2000) the 'no layout until you get there' has a romantic charm to me. That is, anyway you slice it, fair to everyone.
