Bolt pin popping out in a Viking

What causes this is it the ram traveling too far forward ? So maybe an oring or 2 on there may help it ? Any ideas . I never really had this problem on a Viking before .

make sure the bolt pin screw is tight also check that the pin fits the hammer correctly, some aftermarket ones are slightly off
