Wait. You're that guy who adds a plate for each set? I mean that's a pretty impressive deadlift, but come on man.

For me the worst is the rush to the head rush after a heavy set for reps, I feel like passing out. I used to get seizures when I was younger and it feels exactly the same as the beginning of one of those. Scares the bejeesus out of me.
But I agree squats are the scariest.

I'm not scared of putting weight on my back and squatting, worst thing that's gonna happen is that i hit the crash bars and crawl out under the bar. I'm not scared of any lift besides the deadlift, which sounds funny but it's just the most brutal exercise and puts the most strain on my entire body.

Speaking of squats, 255x5, 210x10, 210x8 today.

My problem was getting the bar up to shoulder level so I could then press it over my head. There's not a rack at this gym for that, although I could use the guided power rack, but I use up that thing for a while for squats and there's only one in this gym...Or maybe I just have dainty shoulders

When I max in deads I'm a plate guy up until 495 usually then from there I just wing it. Also, i know the deadlift is probably the most CNS taxing lift, but I have always raped deads so I luff them
