Does anyone have experience with the 2012 proto reflex rail? From the pictures it looks like the frame may be a viable candidate for the M.

Looking at the one that I just got today, I do not think that the grip is deep enough for the noid to clear

I've seen a few of the UL PMR frames used. From the photos it looks like this one is a little thicker.

So where is the DC Evil M milling? Haven't heard anything since I was told it was near finished/finished. I would like to see what it looks like already lol.
On a side note, my M is nearly ready to go to anno once it gets back from Canada. I think I am just going to do type III dust Black to keep it neat looking.
Has anyone that used an 06 Cyborg frame for their build ever finished their M? I would like to see one gun with a borg frame that is all match annoed. The way MorueM mills the frame now is is super clean looking and I think more people would go that route if they could see a nice finished product.

No one has finished one with a cyborg frame yet.
Expect to see the DC mill in probably 2013 I'm guessing.

Oh, I was expecting it soon. Thats fine though mine is already milled. I guess I will have to be the first to finish one with a borg frame then.

I was just guessing Brock on the date for the DC mill, I have no idea.
As far as grips you would either custom cut delrin, wood, metal or contact SPD about cutting some taller lexan grips.

Right now I'm working on a pair based off the stock macdev grips made out of delrin. We'll see how they turn out but if nothing else I will have some made

There is a company called Belzona that makes a metal repair compound that is called Super Metal. If you want to spend the money, you could get that and fill the holes in and then anno over top of it. It is expensive but an option to have special grips made

Hmm, Id consider that but I think you would still see where it was filled in. I have the grips roughly cut out already so now I just have to take them to the belt sander. Thanks for the idea though!

Anyone know what's up with DC's storefront? Want to order some parts to finally get started on the project I've had for the last 3 years.
Also should I stick with the 04 vik cartridge or get the cartridge and rt valve?

Made another set of grips for my Borg framed M today, they go to the top of the frame to cover the eye cover slot. I plan on dyeing them tomorrow to get a smoke or black look.

Are they made out of delrin or another plastic?

They are made of lexan, I did a pair out of white delrin but they developed a bow so I decided not to use them. Im not sure what SPD uses for their grips but this plastic does seem to be softer/slightly flexible. I drilled holes in a spare piece and couldnt get it to crack by over-tightening the screws.
