I have had several of the Scenario Dreams autococker boards go bad on me. Poor quality IMO. I have never used a UTB board, but mabyee it suffers from the same Quality issues?

The autococker board has a known design flaw and was clearanced out for that reason, the flaw was hardware related.

Building a decent wiring harness for the is a pain. Most jobs I've seen look like a snakes nest when you open the grips. Their documentation is pretty awful as well. Scratch that, their entire website.

Borg boards will work. You'll have to figure out which version you have to correctly program it.

Bought an entire Legend today to canabalize frame, board, and asa. Ended up being the only way to get Frame w/ Tadao board, and about the same cost as buying new since it comes w/ CP reg that I can use on another gun, and Bob Long Cam drive ASA that I will use on this project. I am stoked. Thinks are starting to come together.

I have a borg frame that tony modded for me. Im probably gonna use a virtue board for it since they are 65 bucks... Really depends on how much it costs to wire it all up though (tadao comes with its own harness)
That said, mine has a TINY amount of the slit for the eye wires showing above the grips. Not even enough to worry about.
What I don't like about my setup so far is the ASA, I want something a little nicer.
I'm considering switching to a tray/asa combo and having asking DC or someone make it for me. Then using a Fierce frame or UL frame. (fierce frame will take forever to find anyways)

Well I personally like MeuroM's vasa that he made for the sidewinder regulator. The DC Borg vasa's are nice as well. As far as frames you can use a UL frame without a tray and someone is trying to get some fierce frames made on McB.

*** SOLD ***
I have a Fierce frame in my box of parts/goodies.
I'd be willing to part with it, if the price is right, since it never made it onto my excal before I sold it.

Grrr... need to fight the urge to build one. But is there any place to get a body for cheaper? I thought they were in the 40-50 dollar range

The cheapest you are getting a body is from DC. When DC first started selling the bodies they were selling them for a higher price.

Yeah this was when couple ppl had several bodies that they had for years and were just getting rid of them.
I think dc is new stock, but not sure.

I think I paid $90 when DC was originally starting to sell them. Don't quote me on it but I know it was more than $55.

I thought when CoolHand and DC first put them up for sale, they were almost at the $200 mark, then at some point, CoolHand decided to fire sale them at $55, and DC followed. Now that CoolHand is out of them for some time, it's just normal that DC raises the price to $75, which isn't high at all considering an extrusion is $25 and all the work is done to the unfinished EvilM bodies.

Not the greatest pictures. Just milled this today. Just as a sample I have no desire to build another m.

Looks good, would look better if the tail was smoothed out and it either needs eye wire channel milled into the body or into the eye covers.

no desire to build another M, yet here is a milled body... short time under a buffer (or a sander then buffer) and that will be one sexy body. Is everything threaded?
