It took me a while to figure out how to do it. I'm going to make a shooting video soon.

Well that's pretty slick-looking.
I take it the shell pouch conceals the regulator?

Yeah the regulator is in there. I was kind of mad at myself because when I took the measurements for the pouch design I didn't have the fittings on the reg so I was off by a little over a 1/4 inch. So after I sewed it all up and put the reg in, it didn't sit the way I wanted it to directly under the shells. It's sticking out a little farther than I would like but I haven't felt like making another one. I was glad to have it all together, working and not leaking or anything so I just left it.

For the pump and semi switching it's kind of a assbackwards solution to make a semi into a pump without messing with internals. The simple explanation is that I have a rod that is connected to the pump collar which goes around the barrel. The end piece of that rod blocks the flow of paintballs by the feedneck until it's pumped back which moves it out of the way. When you push the pin it makes it so the endpiece can't go back in and block the paintballs and allows them flow like normal.

That was the illusion I was hoping for. The gun shoots out of the bottom tube which on a regular shotgun would be where the shells are. The top tube is the springfeed which holds 30 rounds. I'm using a cord to retract the spring inside when loading.
Because of the body I couldn't use a traditional little knob on the ball pusher to retract it and I didn't want to try and make a clean slot that long in the tube with the tools I have. Dukie (who makes his own line of PB shotguns and revolvers) turned me on to calling it the Tampon Mod.
The ejection port door hides the opening to feed the balls in. I'll try and post another picture at the bottom of the first post showing that. I also have a work in progress thread over on MCB showing how some of it was done.

I added a picture at the bottom of the OP showing the door open for loading. I'm also hoping to get some video shot playing with it tomorrow.
