It has happen to one or two guys previously. Get in touch with PE and they will sort you out like the previous owners did.

Yep, contact PE, and they should get you sorted.
Just out of interest though, was the bumper o-ring missing? If so, and depending how much the marker had been fired without the bumper, that may have been the cause of the o-ring groove fracturing.

Yep 3x. It's happened a few times before.
Often caused by worn out bumper o-rings and/or dry firing.
Contact PE and they should take care of you.

the gun has been used like 8 times i had put a fresh set of orings and the bumber o ring was on there when i opened it up. everything was working fine then this happened so im guessing that it wasnt a user error mistake considering that it has happened to others, thanks guys for replying and helping me out! i will contact pe tomorrow!
i might go to phoenix, do u guys think that they will have a spare prop shaft instead of giving pe a call? thanks!

There shouldn't be any issue with picking it up at Phoenix, but I would still suggest contacting Planet beforehand to ensure that they have one there for you.

As Uziel said, yes we will have one there for you but you MUST call up the RI office, speak to Gerry Bates, and tell him you are going to need one at Phoenix so he can make sure he has one in his kit.

Tommy is the man!! He will be there in Phoenix anyway on the tech booth, so as long as you got everything squared away with Tommy, then you'll be golden
