They've got 22 & 26g per serving. With the diet I'm going to change to, I would mow that much down. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to bite the bullet.

I don't think I'll be buying soy protein again - LG lipotrophic is way better (pea protein)

Vitamin D is a staple. Everyone should be taking 2000IU a day.

I'd stay away from soy. There are a few studies showing an increase in estrogen levels along with taking it. ****s for the *****es

Supplement in question: Yeh i was wondering if I really needed to take any supplements because i dont work out heavily(roughly 1hr 15 min a day) and im not looking to get super ripped. Just trying to lose a few pounds, and get my weights up before i try out for football for the first time.
A proper diet is much more important than supplements or working out. Start eating right (with at least a 300-500 calorie deficit) and you will start to lose weight.

I used a while ago since it was the only **** that my dad bought. It was okay, a bit too sweet IMO and didn't have near enough protein per serving, so I started buying my own whey. Soy is generally cheaper, I think my dad gets his for $12 per 2.5lb tub (Natureade Soy Total Meal Replacement).

Optimum Nutrition Platinum Whey has 30g of protein per serving (and the vanilla tastes awesome) and Zero Carb Isopure has 50g of protein per serving, but it's two scoops per serving and is quite expensive ($80 for a 7.5lb tub which has about 22 servings).

how is pea protein better? soy protein seems pretty legit. I know that it has a lot of BCAAs in it too.

i actually thought it increased estrogen too. Pubmed is a very good source though so i won't believe that anymore.

If you are going to be a girl and have to have good tasting protein then go with Myfusion...it will be expensive though. To get more protein in a serving just add more...pretty ****ing simple logic.

for real. it's not like one protein brand has significantly more protein than the other. they just give bigger servings.

Well he asked what whey had the MOST protein per serving. I don't use it, nor would I shell out the cash for it, but it does have one of the higher protein counts per serving (it's serving size is 7g bigger than ON 100% whey GS, so that might be part of it).

Read my edited post. Serving size is only 7grams bigger than the 100% whey (32g vs 39g). Still don't see why you are arguing though, I never said I would use the ****. Isopure's servings are ****ing huge though, so it's really overrated.

I bought this one tub of protein that is 1 serving per tub, but it gives you 2,000g of whey per serving!

I don't think I'll ever use whey that isn't ON Gold.

It's fine with water, and it's a treat with milk.

The sad thing is, there were threads about "russian bear 5000"

which was basically that.
