Geo tuning and settings

What are the best settings for the least amount of kick and highest air efficiency? My geo has a st kit.

read the sticky itll help you further

The VVC screw in the back is what you will want to change in order to accomplish this.
If the VVC screw is screwed all the way in, it will yield better efficiency and VVC all out gives you a smoother shot.

So its a balancing act, you have to decide what you like better

Try changing the dwell and then alter the VVC, try different variations to find what feels best to you

Speaking broadly, people looking to reduce kick would generally increase dwell to allow more air to be released in order to propel the ball, which should allow a lower operating pressure. More specifically regarding the Geo, you would back out the VVC screw to give more stored air to propel the ball. That combined with increased dwell should allow a lower operating pressure.

People looking to increase efficiency would tend to run lower dwell setting so that less air is released per shot. In some instances, people may run dwell as short as possible, and this could lead to reduced velocity, which would then require an increase in operating pressure in order to get the velocity back up.

As you can see, the adjustments people would make for reduced kick, and for increased efficiency, are basically the exact opposite of each other.

As such, if you want a compromise between the two, you may as well stay with the stock settings.

One thing you could do to help reduce kick is install the ST kit.
