Pinokio problem

I have the regular pinokio, not the speed. I just ordered it and as soon as I put in fresh batteries, turned it on, it started spinning and would not stop unless I turned it off. I checked the bend sensor and it was where it was supposed to be. I also tried running paint through it. It fed paint into the breech, but it kept on spinning even when the feedneck was full. Eventually one of the arms broke off. Any ideas? I also noticed that the feedneck is huge! I had to sand it down a ton to fit into a reflex rail.... Does anyone else have that problem?

The feedneck is thick on all Pinokios, you shouldn't have to sand it down though as long as you have a clamping feedneck, just unscrew it some. Did you buy the hopper new? If so, I'd contact whoever you bought it from.
