Cyborg Virtue

This afternoon I opened up my 07 Cyborg, and installed a brand new fresh 9volt in it. But when I turn it on, The LED flashes white rapidly for a second, then nothing. Stumped. The board has a virtue sticker on it, ...I'm assuming this VBoard is the redefined version (because of the white LED?)
Any thoughts as to what's going on?

Unfortunately, I don't have any insight in to what is happening with your board, but to the best of my knowledge, the '05 Cyborg board was not one of the boards that received the Redefined code upgrade.

Apologies - I had forgotten that Virtue made a board for the '06/'07 Cyborg. Yes, the newer Cyborg board does have the Redefined code.

That being the case, is your tournament lock off, and could your trigger be misadjusted, and constantly depressing the microswitch? I'm wondering if your board is being reset each time you turn on the marker.

Either that, or just try a different battery and see if that makes any difference.

Yeah, That could be the case and solution for all markers with virtue. Different batteries don't work. And the trigger isn't pressing on the micro switch, it's lose enough. Any other ideas?

very strange. there are two things the white led indicate on the redefined virtue board. #1 a solid white light is for the ramp %. #2 would be when you reset. i would say to pull the board out of gun and connect battery to it. if it turns on fine without white led then you know the problem is else where. if it does the same thing i would contact virtue and send that board back for a new one. they have a lifetime warranty so might as well
