anyone heard of bataleon snowboards? the evil twin? they were shoving it down my throat at the ski shop, is it any good?

yes, i've heard of Bataleon....they're popular here at some of the major ski shops, the smaller shops say to stay away from Bataleon tho.

yes, Mervin will warranty your board if it delaminates...but if that happens, you'll be out of a board for at least a month.

but the problem is why risk getting a board that may possibly have a defect? Just go with it's cousin, the Skate Banana, it's the same board but it doesn't have delam issues.....you'll just look like every other kid on the mountain....wait...you have a Burton.

I don't know if you guys know this, but every company has had issues with glues. the problem is it is incredibly hard to make a glue that will function in cold temps, and won't become brittle. burton, libtect, Gnu are just some of the companies that have had glue problems in the past 5 years. most of the time the can fix them within the first batch. but you are better getting the ****ing dildo out of your *** and getting a board thats not made for pussies. but then again, those **** *** boards (not the Horrorscope) would like great with your push-up bra.
