this is definitely the biggest thing I do too. I pack it up, unpack it, go over the schedule for the day, grab anything extra I might need, and pack it up again.
Probably wouldnt be a bad idea to make a check list in Excel or something either.

This is a very good question!
Yes space blankets will keep you warm and serve in an emergency. But they also don’t let moisture to escape, so you get a moisture build up. Anyone who knows about winter survival knows wet clothing is bad; you can get hypothermic and die. So what can happen is you crawl into the Mylar bag and wake up with wet clothing and when you get out of the bag you freeze your buns off.

Bananas are an excellent source of energy too. When I take my motorcycle out to the track, myself (along with practically everyone else there) are muching on bananas all day long. Nature's natural energy bar.
Don't forget cleaning supplies in case your marker/hopper/tank gets tagged. gun oil and extra screws aren't a bad idea either.

The most valuable tools for your gearbag that will fix 99.9 percent of gun problems is plain electric tape..

extra clothes (shorts/t-shirt) i always bring a pair of shorts and a t-shirt, after a day of running, sliding, diving you sweat and get really hot in paintball pants, mask, jersey, etc. so what i like to do is just simply put them on under pants/jersey. and remove when im done
