Yellow Is A Restricted Color

In an effort to help players I am going to make a visual list of examples of things that ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED IN THE GPL. It would be of great interest to me that players use come common sense about this.

Simply put, we are going to be very strict about all of this.

All of the following are EXAMPLES of JERSEYS AND MARKERS NOT ALLOWED: Please assume if your gun or jersey looks similar to any of these examples that it will not be allowed.

I hope this clears things up.

NOT ALLOWED.

So we are very clear, in an effort to play with a unified set of rules as the PSP, NO YELLOW EQUIPMENT MAY BE USED EXCEPT YELLOW LENSES. No Yellow on Marker, Hopper, Goggles, Harness, Tank Covers, Goggle Straps.

Yellow is acceptable for a Barrel sock and in very small quantities on cleats and jerseys with permission for the tournament promoter and ultimate referee staff.

Yes, Unfortunately the Yellow parts make the gun illegal. Trust me I feel your pain. I have several teammates that must buy new parts.

Yes I would say yes, pending the gun photo. I have been very well versed in what the PSP is allowing and how to help with the GPL/MAPL

Gold is not considered yellow - however send me the photo.

illegal? or legal? if its illegal are we allowed to use a black or dark colored tape to block out the yellow? dont want to spend the cash to have to buy new jerseys again haha!

The rule of thumb the PSP was using had to do with things exactly like this jersey. Jerseys that are already made at the start of the 2010 season with letting or a small logo like this would be allowed so long as it doesn't interfere with a referee's ability to make a call quickly and affectively.

As of 2011 the PSP and other leagues will be banning yellow in all clothing all together. This is the "transition" to get teams prepared for what is to come.

I don't have an issue with the letters or numbers because they are NOT a part of the overall pattern of the jersey.

NO WAY JOSE.

If yellow if on ANY PART OF your GUN, MASK, HOPPER, BANDANNA, GLOVES< HARNESS simply don't use them. The exception to this rule is in like a logo for REDZ or less than 10% on jerseys or pants that is not in concentrated areas.

Man I am sooo stealing that design LOL

This GOLD is fine. The concern is really more for "are we able to tell a hit from your jersey". Since we aren't shooting gold colored paint, you are good.
