Yes, there may be other airsmiths that do it but they would be your best bet. While they have it, you can get them to install one of their dyna valves and wedgits and anything else you may want. Otherwise get your own brass tube and cut and solder it yourself if you have the tools. I could link you to a guy on MCB who sells brass tube if you wanted to go that route.

The only thing about Palmer's is that they are extraordinarily expensive.
How longer are you wanting to make your barrel? It might be cheaper just to buy a whole new gun, like a PM-1 or P68SC.

Also, you used to be able to find bolt-on barrel extensions for the PGP. I have no idea how effective these were in actually increasing accuracy or efficiency, but I'm sure one of those would be cheaper than sending the gun to Palmer's for permanent modification.

I bet it would cost less to buy a PMI-1 or P68-SC than to send a PGP to PPS and get a barrel extension.
