What keyboard should I buy?

I need help you pasty faces nerdy bastards my rf wireless keyboard is starting to suck. At first I thought it was just the batteries but after some careful examinations with a multimeter and some rather unorthodox performance tests I have come to the conclusion that its ****ting the bed.

Today I sat down for like 15 mins and browsed neweggs computational input section and I was not thrilled or amazed or even excited by anything I saw... well, that, and the selection was rather large and i'm lazy. So, I want:

-wired or wireless, I would prefer wireless but if theres an awesome wired keyboard i'll dig it

-I do a lot of work with excel so a numeric pad is a must. I love my eee but its a pain in the dick when i have to look at the keyboard to enter in numbers.

-nothing ergonomic

-Nothing lighted, I hate when i'm trying to watch a movie or sleep and theres a ****ing light in my eyes.

-I think a classic/vintage keyboard would be cool... but, i'm down for what ever.

Go.

An IBM Model M meets all your requirements except for the wireless one. They are a little hard to find these days. You may want to try typing on something with mechanical switches before diving in.

Old, cheap IBM keyboards are my favorite. You can get them for free, or at least under $5, and they last forever and work great. They even come in black if you don't like beige.

I have a KB-7953 currently.

Get one of the new apple flat style. They're really nice to type on. Not bad on price too.

Jo, as much as your input is valued by the members of the tech forum, I think you posted this in the wrong thread big guy.
