I'd have to guess that's about right. If they do sell the parts seperately, I wouldn't think it will be for quite some time.

i kinda see it that if i get the cure 3 + with my ego '10 then i should at least get the option of the inserts, i can understand if they dont part out the reg but at least the inserts would be nice imo.

Ben - But it would make smart business sense to re-release the parts a few months down the road for owners of older Egos to upgrade. I agree. Well after the SLs's. Not, of course, to talk down on the SLs by any means. Especially considering that the inserts, the reg, fixed LPR cap and the triggers are the only real "SL exclusive" parts now, seeing as you can buy an SL2 kit, as well as the valve guides, as long as you know where to look.

Nice reg, but not much regulated volume in there. It could just be the angle of the pictures, but it looks like P.E. made up for it in the body, as the front part of the lower tube looks bigger than other Ego models. With other markers, it may be an issue, as they may require higher pressures when you reduce the volume of regulated air. I know that in my sniper setups, I found that I can run at lower pressures with regs that have more regulated volume than those that have less.

is this a complete new board???
or is it like a expansion board that gives you the usb functionality????
like a upgrade in the future for ego ten users??
i kinda like the choice of colors...a neat idea....let like 50 of them go at a slightly higher price...and let those owners pic their colors....you can make more money!!! and i bet they will sell FAST!!!....not to mention some SUPER happy customers!!!!
ps...the new reg and the milling lOOk AMAZING...i'm really hoping to pick one of these up

Since this can be connected to your computer will the gun come with the cable or will the owner have to shell out another $50 for it?

I am guessing it will be simply a usb to mini usb cable.

I would imagine that it comes with the USB cord for the computer. If you're paying $1700+ for a marker you should be able to at least get the cord for it

The gun end connection is the shape of the e-Star logo
The cable will probably be in the $100-200 range.

Well isn't that just dandy, you would think since it is free to have it flashed at a PSP event, no one would pay $100-$200 for a cord. That's just my opinion
