Hi guys, i was interested into getting into pump, and i was wondering if i should keep the VL revvy as a 200 rd hopper, or should i make it a mini revvy like this one?

Why you asking us what you want? It's all up to you, there are no set standards that you need to abide by.

You will never use them again! Sell them and get some paint $ out of it. Or hang on to them and include them if you ever sell your gun, but I guarantee you will never put them back on. Pump is just way more fun, and pnues aren't worth the hassle.

I love the reliability of the old VL200. Not a clone of one, I mean the one that has "Viewloader" and smiley eyes embossed all over it.

Any hopper that fits on the feedneck. Isn't that the obvious answer?
It is like coming in here and asking what color hopper you should get. WTF

if your gunna ask us, heres what im gunna say, please dont go and make a mini revvy lol...trust me hacking away isnt the best option..if smaller is what you want, get a sportshot like all these guys are saying..personally i rock my vlocity(or rotor lol) because when i AT my *** off on break i like to know my hopper is keeping up..but i own revvys AND grav hoppers too and they all work.but rock your revvy..if its too "big" play tighter and quit getting hit on the hopper!revvys arent obnoxiously big or anything either

and now that ithink of it...if your just now thinking on getting into pump, make sure its your thing and you actually want to put in work with your pump before you start thinking of custom hopper jobs and stuff..get past the stage of learning how to properly cock and shoot the gun first.i dont say this to be condescending, i say it because its actually an important stage aha ANYONE who doesnt know anything about pump or never shot one,can never pump for their life at first ive noticed..but maybe im just a stickler when people want to shoot my custom halfblock lol
remember :::: ALL the way BACK & ALL the way FORWARD!!!

Yeah NJbruno is right on the money. Try playing pump first and see if you like it before you chop up your revy or buy another loader. It also depends on what style of pump you are playing. If you are going to be ATing alot then just use any loader you have. A full size revy is perfect for that.

I have an old Indian Springs 90 rounder that I use. Picked it up for $8 and slapped on a new lid from one of my Proto pods (as the hopper didn't come with one)

You can get a sportshot hopper for $15 shipped here. Just throw out the stupid .55 caliber marker and remove the .55 funnel insert inside the hopper.

Better yet, buy another cocker body and frame so you can have a dedicated mech cocker. Everybody needs a mech cocker.
