Not that I have any issues with KEE but this is starting seem more and more like a monopoly. I just hope things stay good as they are currently and we see Kee turn into the microsoft of paintball.
Though definately good that we dont have to see yet another paintball company take a dive good for the JT folks.

God, I hope not. the last thing we need is for KEE to start half-assing fixes to their products and disregarding the true needs of the consumer in favor of capital gain.

Very good for Kee Action Sports and JT SPORTs. As the Kee empire grows it only means better things to come for the paintball Industry monopoly or not I like the fact a company has enough cash to re-inject into the Industry and with this much vested interest their main focaus will be to see the sport grow.

I am still waiting on a reply from the U.S. Department of Justice to the question of how are M.A.P. policies not considered price fixing.

quit *****ing about monopolies and open an anti-trust lawsuit then kiddies, I guarantee you'll lose
This definitely beats the alternative of JT going away completely

I'm not sure how relevant your post is to this news, but to answer your question...
Leegin Creative Leather Products, Inc. v. PSKS, Inc., 551 U.S. 877 (2007) overruled Dr. Miles Medical by holding that MAP policies are not per se illegal under the 15 USC Sec 1 (Sherman Act). The US Supreme Court re-adopted the "rule of reason" to judge vertical price constraints.
US Supreme Court says it's legal - it's legal.

You people have no clue what a monopoly is.
This is good news.

would a paintball monopoly be all bad though. If you think about it it could make the sport cheaper. If one company controls the production of everything it will keep costs down making things cheaper. Granted there will be the same crap every year like with microsoft but hey it will be cheaper....maybe
