The same thing that is happening to other companies in the United States. They were not bringing in enough profit to pay the large amount of employs they had. A lot of people were laid off. They were also investing in a lot of new ideas for the paintball industry which failed, so they lost their investments. Now supposedly they are restructuring, which I highly doubt, its just too hard to recover in this business. Im pretty sure the impulse was their newest thing, and I think it failed. You can't comeback from something like that. especially when you've fired most of your designers and manufacturers.
But, from the looks of things Gardner supposedly partnered with GI Milsim, but I think they let him go, however, I could be wrong. He was on their website, and no longer is. I do not see how they could just get rid of him though, considering the entire GIM line of guns looks exactly like the SP line.
