Leak down the barrel

I just gased up my impulse to see if it was in working order and it is leaking down the barrel? If anyone has any idea what is wrong with it please help me. i believe it is an oring on the internals but not sure.

i also have a vision impulse with a board that turns on but after 2 seconds the light turns yellow. If i tilt the gun the light or board turns off. i believe its the wires going from the board to the 9volt. but i could be wrong.

any advice would help

leaking prob could be a few different things though my guess something to do with the valve not sealing. does the ram go back when gassed up? could be that someone removed the valve body, put it in from the front and shreaded the valve body rings. if it's a stock valve, is there a valve pin spring in the front cap area? if the pressure is set too low it could leak as well. try lubing the valve pin o-ring.
