P90X is a 6 day a week workout. Don't do it unless your ready to commit.
2 days a week..... Chest,arms,shoulder,abs on the first day
Day 2, Legs,back and abs on the second.....
Remember to eat the good stuff, leave McD's and Taco Bell out!
Try and fit some cardio in there as well. Might try running to the gym!
