mac noid on ion W/epiphany firing chamber

I know this is the ion section which is what I have I just put an epiphany firing chamber on it. anyway I'm still building this thing and I was wondering If I can use a mac noid with the epiphany firing chamber since the pressure is higher. I think the mac noid is rated at 200 psi and the epiphany has to run at like 260 psi or something. I'm just wondering if i can use this chamber with the inserts and the mac noid or do I need to use stock ion firing chamber. I am fairly new to ions. I have built a couple but never really used them or anything so any help would be great. thanks

I think you're correct in that the pressure the MAC noid is rated at is 200 psi.

Check the noid, I'm 99% sure that it says it's rated to 200 psi on it.

so the noid says 200psi on it so I guess I need to use the stock chamber not the epiphany chamber. What confuses me is that with the lucky stage 5.1 you can put spacers in it to make a smaller chamber which I believe you would then have to raise the pressure. I don't know maybe since the noid has a higher flow rate the pressure doesn't need to be that high. In any case I should not raise the pressure over 200psi right? thanks to dr. and deathwish for all of your guys help, I really appreciate it. I am using an ion body not a lucky 5.1 obviously(wish I never sold the one I built).

yes never raise the pressure over 200psi using a MAC33 noid
depending on what bolt kit and if you have a qev your pressure should be quite low. i have a MAC33 noid on my lucky 5.1 w/ qev and L7 and the pressure is only 120psi and 9ms dwell

right now stock bolt no qev. I'm still building it and waiting for parts. hopefully I can run it under 200 with stock otherwise I'll grab something lighter

I have Mac noids and run one of my Ions with the lucky s4 bolt with two top hat rings. Even with that I was only running at about 180. If you use top hat rings go with the l7. It works well with top hats.

spitfire 2.0 w/mac
360 qev
cp reg
palmers micro rock

I'm at 110psi or so and at ~11 dwell o.o You're fine.
