Check the 6x1 o-ring under the reg seat. I'm guessing you're running an HP tank. I would swap out that o-ring and lube it up a little when you replace it.

yea at the time i was using a high pressure tank, but i have a low pressure tank too, but would it make that much of a difference on what tank i used too weather or not the reg would leak like that?

If that o-ring is degraded the HP can push a little air past it. LP typically doesn't have that issue. If you replace the o-ring and put a little lube on it then you shouldn't have the problem with HP either though.

Hey guys, I just picked up a clone that I have been having some complications with. I have a slight leak from breech area, I have replaced bolt tip and power tube tip o rings and relubed everything else. The leak is very small, but its still there and I'm a perfectionist lol.. Any other ideas?

Swap out the inner Front Keg oring (017) along with the Switch (016) oring on the bolt.
This should help unless you are having leaks from the outter keg orings.

1. Replace battery.
2. Try to give it some more air and the bolt _will_ "settle". Your hpr might set too low.

Sounds like your HPR is way low. In addition to what he said Make sure the middle oring on your bolt makes GOOD contact to the can. The bolt switch oring is what it's called and it's #16.

The GTi has: A new colour OLED board, New grips, and a new valve.

A GT can be upgraded to GTI spec for about $140 all up.

Got a problem with your gun? It's probably an o-ring or lube issue

How do I know if a gti'd gt has a GTi valve or a regular valve?

And also is there any way to tell a gti'd gt apart from a GTi? Serial number?

The GTi valve has raised angled edges around the front 2 o-rings on the valve, the GT valve does not. If you go to MD or Aggressive's website you can find a picture of the GTi valve. It's easy to tell if you have one by looking at it. If you have one you're curious about feel free to post a pic and I'll let you know.

As for the S/N question, the GTi's just continued sequentially regarding the #'s. I'm not sure if there was a specific one where they GTi's took over or not. Based on the guns I've seen, I don't believe any GTi's would be below S/N 2000 or so, but I have no evidence to back this up or anything.

Just to add to Marks post as to Serial numbers...no there is no hard and definite change over serial number due also to anno colours having some of their own sequence for a certain amount etc.

Just picked 2 Clone VX's up. Besides the rubber power switches wearing out, is there any other things to look for? 1 has the pooty bolt mod and the other does not. I'm still waiting for them to get individual shift inserts in stock, but they don't know when. Any other places to find 1 or 2? I only need the .68* ones.
Thanks! Love them so far!
