I might be trading my NT for a Clone + $, I was wondering if that was a good deal to anybody that owns a Clone.

i have a vx'd clone
how can you eliminate blowback?
i tried the blowback test, (putting 2 paintballs with no hopper)
the 2nd ball shoots up like 2-3 inches up in the air.
is this normal or not

only thing really controlling that is bolt tip oring but there is not much else you can do.

I hate doing this, but I bought a clone a few months ago from a source here on PB Nation, when I received it I test fired it to make sure it worked and it did. I then proceeded to pack it back in its case and fly back home to Texas with it for a scenario game. When I got to the field I took it out of the case and aired it up just to find a massive leak down the barrel and out of the grip frame. I have been trying to figure out how to fix this problem, as I have not yet had a chance to even break in this beautiful marker... Please anyone out there, I need help ASAP. I have had this marker for 4 1/2 months and I want to shoot it already... If you have any suggestions or comments, please pm them to me, It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...

You will need to be a bit more specific.
Your descriptions don't give us much info.
17X...on the inner bolt keg...what does the x stand for?
What do you consider the bolt assembly...which parts?
Did you read the troubleshooting section in this thread regarding leaks down the barrel?
It suggests that you replace the powertube tip oring first, then the inner bolt keg oring, then the outer bolt keg rings.

down the bolt is usually a powertube oring.

I'm assuming the 017X means it's an x-ring and not an o-ring. I would remove that an put in a regular 017 o-ring. Some people (myself included) tried putting some x-rings in and after a short while slow leaks developed.

Not who to ask. I have a vx'd clone with a brand new vx drive train and a brand new solenoid. The gun shot great for a hopper had a few drop offs then just stopped. The solenoid clicks but the bolt doesnt cycle unleas i turn the reg up then it leaks from the frame.. any help?

Check you pressure, the inline reg should be around 100psi. If the noid is overpressurised it will vent/leak. If that's not the case check the bolt switch o-ring (0-16).

Hi everyone, I have a Clone VX and whenever I shoot left handed i feel a puff of air on my trigger hand every time the marker cycles. It seems like its coming from between the body and the triggerframe. I'm just curious if this is normal or if I'm just being paranoid as usual. Thanks!

I got the GT and was wondering what kind of grips it takes? I have heard like 2-3 different fits but I want to get it narrowed down

Any grip made for the RX or newer Macdev will work on the GT. Personally, I like the factory grip on the GT. Not too soft, not too slick.

i just got a clone v2 from a good guy off pbn, and i am having a weird issue and im wondering if it is a known one or it just needs some lube.
when i air up the clone there are no leaks, after i shoot 1 ball i get a leak outta the bottom of the reg were you adjust it, i went through half a hopper and it slowly went from a decent leak too nothing, and i finished off the hopper and no other issues, so i de-aired and then put more air through it and once i put on air it was the same thing, no leaks like a champ, but i shot 1 ball it started leaking again(not as bad as before but still a leak) i shoot 20-30 balls and it goes away this time and i finish off the hopper and it still dont leak. i was at the cfps event when i did this and it was a little drizzly that day but im wondering if i just need too lube it, or what may be causing a leak but then fixing its self?
