He's probably talking about the V2 Parts. One of them was a new feedneck screw with a larger allen key hole so you could get on it a bit more when tightening down.

Mac Dev Clone V1. I replaced the Oled Display the beam sensor stays on like theres a ball in the breech.Eye's not registering when inserting finger in and out of breech.Marker does not fire even when eye's are off.I did disconnect the eye's and there is a posibility that I connected the plugs wrong.I checked the manual and it say's Red and black left.Yellow in the middle.Does these plugs go in line at the top? Also there is only 2 square plug sleeve connectors while the one on the left has 2 pins and missing sleeve connector.I'm about to change my eye's but I didn't have any problems with the marker other than the oled display.

getting a clone soon and had a question.
Is the gold bolt an upgrade from the VX system? are they the same bolt? which would be better for efficiency?

It performs about the same as any dow 33 lubricant. Of course what the manufacturer puts out is what is the most recommended lubricant. But in reality for a spool valve, any Dow 33 lube will work. Some 33's have additives that increase the slickness of the lube and you'll get less bolt stick or lube related negatives. Militia lube is one of these that works well. What I've found works absolutely the best is Monkey Poo. I've used TechT, Hater, Sl33k, Dye Slick Lube, PE grease, militia lube and the newish Violent lube over the last few years in various spoolies and Monkey Poo gave me the least problems with bolt stick, and didn't cause any major fluctiations in velocity that can be blamed on the lube. The banana smell is just a bonus.

The vast majority of spool valve lubricants for paintball start life off as a bearing lubricant that isn't even meant for o-rings. You know this base as Dow 33. Different manufacturers use additives to change the composition of the lube to fit their purposes. Dow 33 is used primarily as a base because the parts are machined to move in very close proximity of eachother. Dow 55 is a true o-ring lubricant as there is a property of 55 that causes the oring to swell and create a better, more uniform seal. Swollen o-rings are bad juju in most spool valves. It's like seizing your motor after running it with no motor oil. If a marker is going to use 55, the parts are going to need to be machined to allow for the microscopic swelling of the orings. BLAST does this with their markers, they do not have bad tolerances, just idiot self-proclaimed master technicians who think they can use 33 on any gun out there. Anyway, MacDev has a chemical engineer on staff and has had better luck modifying Dow 33 than most. Probably less headache to use a 33 based lube than modify the drivetrain and deal with people asking if they can use XXXX instead of dow 55.

Answered in your other post. Just an FYI, stickies are your friend, people here on pbnation are very quick to scold others for not looking where the information is posted at the top of the forum.

According to James, the militia lube is a custom blend of synthetic and organic compounds (hence why it is not recommended for rebuilding tank regulators)

quick Q: how many dynamic orings in the clone?
I know there are 8 in the droid and was curious about how it is in the clone.

Ive checked the stickies and cannot find an answer, i have a leak from the reg where you adjust velocity , its quite bad and my clone is brand new mabye a case of paint through it if that. It still leaks after i cycle the marker and only goes away if i turn the velocity in further. Any tips? Chrony at around 280 290
