best way to do it is to get a pmd or shoot over a crono until your at 285fps
you dont need to worry about the pressure as long as its not shooting over 300fps

BTW, for the bolt stick, put in that if your using DP grease, that it is a little too sticky and that can cause it, there was a thread that was here this past week about it and we figured out he was using DP 40 (?). when he went and used sl33k he didnt have bolt stick

first, check if its the red or silver reg seat in the reg.
if its silver, get it replaced with the red one.
then i never really used the stock reg, but its a good reg.
just degass it and zero it out. (bring the pressure screw all the way to 0psi)
then gas it up, and slowly increase pressure, it should not get tite. and make sure to be walking the trigger while doing this (eyes off) and once it shoot, crono it to your desired fps.

I had a minor leak through the barrel so I took the gun apart and cleaned it out. Now when I am shooting and I start to rock it faster it seems like i'm losing air pressure. But it's fine when i'm not shooting to fast. Need help. PM me please

not a stupid question. ABS can be confusing
anti bolt stick
example: if your dwell is set at 14ms, an ABS of 2 will make your FIRST shot a dwell of 16ms.
it helps over come bolt stick by raising the first shot's dwell.
i think some boards work like this. DWELL 14ms ABS 16MS.
the first shot would be 16ms dwell and the following would be 14ms.
most boards would be DWELL 14ms, ABS 2ms.
that just means the first shot is 2ms higher in dwell than the set dwell.
make sense?

I have a unique G3 problem...
The gun is an original G3, not and iQ or SE or spec-r. The gun fires, up to a point, as soon as exceed the PSI input the yields 200 FPS, the gun ceases to fire... I can operate the gun at lower pressures, but its no use past practice or playing recball... anyone experienced can take too much advantage of it. I've tried a new battery, same issue, new reg, same issue, new noid, same issue. However the tech at my field (also employer) says its still the noid, that I may have gotten a bad noid replacement.
Before I go through the hassle of contacting DP and getting the noid replaced again, is there anything else I should try? Getting the noid right now would be tough as I am on the move changing residence between college and home all the time right now.
Help? Thanks guys.
