Before you go buying parts:
Fresh new quality battery.
Clean and regrease the entire marker where applicable. regs, ram assembly, valve, lpr, etc...

what is the white button on the solenoid? reset or what i think i may have bumped some how wondering if i did any damage

The white button is to fire your impulse without the need of a microswitch I believe.

Yeah, it is a manual actuation switch. Most noids have them now.
I recommend what Captain Sonic said, clean and re-lube. Be really careful, even a tiny little hair in there could screw up the o-rings after shooting it a bunch.
If that still doesn't work, you can try turn the little flat head pin thing on the back of the solenoid. Basically just keep shooting and turning it until you get the highest fps.
