With the PSP moving to 12.5 bps across all divisions this year, I was wondering, at the indoors (including this upcoming one at Insane), will we be using the 12.5 or will we still be using 10.5?

I'm sure all the teams would like to know as soon as possible so they can practice and get somewhat used to this rate of fire.

10 was fine. PSP need to make up thier minds and stop changing it. i think we should follow the new rule for this even though

Yes i say at this event it should be 12.5

It's already been announced that it the rate of fire for both D3 and D4 will be 12.5bps.
