agreed...i sent in my dynasty luxe because my board fried and daryl called me to inform me that he never seen that happen before and replaced the board/battery/ and charger...all i had to pay was for shipping fees....great guy and great customer service
I just picked up my luxe from Darryl, all I can say is I wouldn't even think about shooting something else just because of his customer service. Darryl, keep up the good work bro. You guys have a great product and even though you wouldn't tell me anything about it I'm sure the 2.0 is gonna be a monster.
Once again Darryl is the man, Luxe has the best and I mean the ****ing best customer service out there of any company Ive ever dealt with. No one has gone out of the way like he and the company has for the players or myself.
has anyone had success sending there guns in lately?
I sent my marker in recently. It's been at DLX since Tuesday and no call yet so I am going to maybe call today and see what's up. Daryl told me it would likely only be at the center for 3 days before it was fixed but no word yet.
I tried emailing Darryl at the following email address. It worked at first and then recently emails have been returning with "Delivery to the following recipients failed". The address I've been sending to is "email@example.com".
Can anyone confirm that this is still the current email address? Thanks.
