Seahawks - Carroll
What do you think about the hiring tactics of the 'hawks and do you think he will turn things around?

Nope. He's also got a tough schedule next season to add to his problems.

Yes he does. I think he'll get his "challenge" he wanted next season. It'll definitely be a "tell-tale" season for him.

First he will have to figure out how to survive without being able to schedule non-BCS lightweights to pad against like all college coaches do...
Being from USC he already knows how to negotiate with players involving money.

Pretty much, which sucks for me to say because I'm a huge Seattle fan.
I'll be "happy" if they win 6 games next year.

Epic fail. Terrible hire on Seattle's part. There were several better options out there

There were many better options. I wish they would have hired Leslie Frazier.

Haven't we already been through this in the 90s? He is a great coach.. for college football. He'll be back in the college game within 3 years, and that's just me adding in 2 years for some padding in my prediction.

Agreed. He's not cut out for NFL coaching.

I think he's really dodging the NCAA problems, and his AD. That's the only explanation. Why take a job for less money with a ****ty team?

About $2 million more per year, actually.

People forget he wasn't that big of a dumpster fire in the NFL. He had a record above .500 and he did make the playoffs twice, while winning once in them. This may work out, I really don't know.
