Thanks for the reply. Is there a team website? Who's the team captain?

I have about a dozen more RFIs that I can PM. Glad to hear there's a team. I can do one of two roles, either mug people in the face through virtue of speed, accuracy, and dominance or coach. I might be getting old, but I'm not a back player. Never have been, never will be. Anyway, I'm NorCal bred, but SoCal raised, so if it's for competition, I'm in. But if it's for fun, well that's what rec-ball is for....

As far as tourneys go: It's only fun, when you win. The rest of the time it's just work.

Can't wait to meet the team. I hope tryouts include 2-on-1s, jousting guns, and a timed run-through lane. Whichever the case, I'll be ready.

There is no "real" competition at Fort Irwin. Only some worthy opponents that may get a bit better if they get a few SCPL titles under their belt... Rec balling chaps for sure.

When I was at Irwin, there wasn't much of anything other than a bowling alley and the Burger King. Times change, I suppose.
