Done with my two hardest tests. One more to go...physics. Shouldn't really be hard at all considering I got a 100 on my first test, and a 92 on the second, a high A (idk exact number yet) in lab, and 100 on all the online assignments. All I need to get a 93+ (A) is a 75  . |

All of the Christmas parties I went to in my younger days were sweat! I was amazed how much all of the older people drank! But the Christmas party that I went to for the last 2 years wasn't that good since it was like 500+ people who are health savvy and have never drinkin' a drop of alcohol. |

They used to be ska with horns and **** a few years ago, but they now cut the horns out, so it's more of a pop punk from the '90s. Bouncing Souls style.

Listening now, they're pretty good. I'm downloading it for kicks to see how good they are.
My friends' band is playing at the 9:30 club in DC this coming February, which is a pretty big deal.
Off to do college ****. MIT answers me tonight at 9... Even if they aren't my top school, I am nervous to hear back from them (if I got a yes that would be a huge confidence boost for my future applications and it would be great to know I got in somewhere good. If I got a no, well that would be a downer, especially with schools like Harvard and Yale on my list, as reach schools of course. I'm definitely qualified to get in IMO {rank 1 in class, straights A's, sports, extracurriculars, etc. Only things I don't have are an internship and a job, and maybe a bit more community service} but it's kind of all in luck of the draw in the end. Ugh. /long parenthetical statement) |
