How Young Gunz Teams Can Receive Sponsership
This is just a general thread about young gunz teams who might or might not have sponserships. This thread is open to ideas that people might have about getting sponserships. If you have one please post on how you might have received one. Because of paint being to exspensive it is important for young gunz to try and get sponserships due to the expensive paint at almost all field and even though your parents might financially support you they won't forever so it's important for sponsers.

You gas up the marker, put on the gloves, strap on the mask, and walk onto the field.. it doesn't matter that you failed a test, that your girlfriend broke up with you last night, or that you got a ticket on the way there... your world is right for the next couple hours, this is your heaven on earth.. live it.. love it.. Paintball 4 life..

Any company, or sponsorship rep can tell when you're lying; they can also pick up on grammatical errors, and misspellings.
So, I would first suggest learning to spell "Sponsorship," before becoming a self-proclaimed expert on the subject.
If you're looking to get sponsored as a "young guns" player, or team, chances are the sponsorship will be non-beneficial or you won't even be able to acquire the sponsorship deal.
Here's a good thread that will step you through putting together a basic resume that will work perfectly as a guide to newer teams seeking small sponsorship deals.

Practice Paint, google it, has a great outline for resumes, but you will have to switch out some words.

show up to your local field. practice hard clean up your spot do drills and show your local field that your worth investing in. the point is to be a hardworker for a store field or company so start small. little discounts go a long way.

Valken isn't actually going to sponsor many speedball teams, if any. The money is in woodsball, which i what they are now endorsing

Sponsorships for young guns team don't really exist as far as paintball companies. Look into what your local field has to offer. Or some private companies, your parents work.
The point of a sponsorship is for that company to make money through advertisements. Be realistic a company isn't going to sponsor a team that does nothing or doesn't win for starters.
When applying for sponsorships make points how you will benefit their company.

Well, im considered a "young gun" but I play for a D3 team, one tip I can give is get sponsored by your local store FIRST. Companies will look at that and think; wow, they have the support of their local store, lets make adeal with them.....just my .02
