It is a tophat mod and a bolt-stop mod in one. It takes up as much space as a evolve tophat, but angled where the shot-chamber air dumps into the bolt. It also takes the cut down bolt stop to new extremes which was supposed to help prevent shootdown at really high rof. Like all mods which decrease the shotchamber, and therefore increase operating pressure at the same FP, it will give a slightly louder shot. That said, the loudest matrix is still a whisper compared to many other markers on the field.
Also, it was supposed to have an o-ring between the two pieces to prevent them clanking together. One of mine needed to be milled a fraction on the boltstop part to keep the bolt tip clear from the feedtube.
The leethal mod part 1 was the bolt plug and half moon spacer. I cannot remember if or how the half moon spacer part did anything aside from look like a purple acid wash annoed piece, but the drilled out and milled down bolt plug idea was stolen from him and used as part of the evolve kit. It was supposed to provide more flow/reduce shootdown at high rof.
IMO, the leethal parts are very good.
