Life of the tank, if you buy a tank and the reg has a problem then we'll take care of you.

That's what I thought but I just wanted to check, thanks You guys were fantastic with CS on my last tank, but when I get another CP tank I doubt it would be new, but still wanted the amazing warranty/CS I had with my last tank.

My local shop was filling my tank earlier today and it would only go up to 3000 psi, I'm not sure if there was a problem with the tank fill station they had or something with the tank. Could this happen to a cp tank? Oh and the tank looks great, nothing visibly wrong with it. I bought it used from eBay and the owner is replying to all my messages so I doubt he did something to it, he even offered me a refund but I don't want to give this back lol

I can't think of any reason the tank won't fill to 4500. Only thing that it may be is the fill station it's self and maybe the shop can't fill to 4500, other than that there's no reason it shouldn't fill.

Hello. I bought a cp rail (used) but did not receive the screws. I would like to know if I could purchase them from a hardware store. I just need to find out the size, thread and what not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which rail? the regular or the mini? Which screws the mounting screws or the ones to secure the ASA?

I don't remember the size by heart so I'll let you know tomorrow when I go in. If you'd like to PM me your address I'll send you some.

Good questions. I'm of the belief that it's the regular one and it's the 2 that attach to the marker.

I'll shoot you a pm good sir.

Well you can take it apart and lube it up, or you can send it to us and we'll rebuild it for you.

If you want to do it yourself here is a step by step guide....

So I just bought a CP 48 4500 tank, and it is awesome and I love how light it is.

Now I got it in, and the seller said that he had stripped out the bonnet just on the first ring a little, but it worked fine. That said he sold it to me at a discount. Well, I got it and it doesn't screw on my marker like it did his. (my guess is he had his marker that he screwed it into wrong, and that's why it still worked.)

Anyhow, I would like to know if I can buy just a new bonnet, and change it out? Or do I need a new reg?

Thanks!

You can send it to me and I'll replace the bonnet for you (as well as rebuild it) OR, if you're fine doing it by your self you can PM me your address and I'll ship one to you no charge.

Send you a PM Sir! I would love to send it in to you, as I have messed with tank regs in the past, and I always scratch them up badly...

hi,

I have a cp 48/4500, if I cannot hear the leak...is it a bad idea to submerge the reg in soapy water to find the leak?

thanks.

No its not a bad idea however the soap is not needed. Just fill a glass up with water and put the reg in it and look for the bubbles, that will give you the location of the leak.
