How do you get that barrel out? I push it in and try to twist. It does not twist. I have jammed the end of the barrel in and tried twisting with pliers and it won't twist. (yes I am going the right way.) I looked at the manual online to verify. It is physically stuck. Any ideas? Any special tools?

not sure if you have to take out your mag and the front frame screw can be in to deep preventing the barrel from coming out

I had the mag out. Haven't heard of taking out the screw. The barrel did push in about 1/4" but would not twist. I figured it was gummed up with paint.

i have had issue also with detent coming lose from teh barrrel preventing it from rotating
