Need Custom Marker built professionally

All

I've been working on building a dream marker for a while, but business/family keeps me too busy to get it done. Been trying for over a year.. i'm looking for a company that can build me a custom marker. Here's what I want:

Spool or poppet type valve (not a hammer valve)
Magazine feed
Will fire my Sniper rounds or First Strike using a sleeve for each round (like SMG-60, but separate sleeves it ejects after fired)
semi auto
Mechanical preferred but electric acceptable, I would provide electronics
Military looking appearance with rails
Ability to add a standard hopper would be a plus, but not required
Low pressure a plus but not required....

Cash money is waiting... Any suggestions for company that are capable of build this? Palmer, Speeds, etc?

It would fire these:

and here is a pic of my cylinder sniper rifle. It works amazing, but I want a magazine instead of a cylinder:

and footage of my rifle firing:

Using this firing system would be great as its cheap and easy to build and super low pressure...

You might try Doc, I think he might be taking more work nowadays. He has a ton of machining/paintball experience, and I know hes done some prototype work for others. Never done work with him personally, but Ive seen it and its clean. Would be worth a shot (no pun intended) to give him a shout

PMing a couple people that might be able to help out. Don't know what exactly their work loads are like right now, but they'd both probably be able to help out in some capacity even if they're overloaded.

not totally related to what you need, but an idea for the gun... Can it use a lever action to rotate the drum/roll thing? May help for awesomeness of convenience.

I'm aware of his history and the quality of his products.

Since he's spending money, I figured he would buy his 'ideal' electronics..

just a heads up, Damon built that cylindrical sniper. those are his rounds too. they are both Scenerio Dreams products. I'd recommend Damon or CS900 for this. they both do amazing work. RAP4 would get it done but it'll cost ya.

Did you not read any of the posts?

The original post was written by Damon from Scenario Dreams, lol.

Ha! Sniperballs! Did you have those replicated or are they original run?

On that note - I know somebody who might be able to do that (Danzco, you have worked with them before) and both Ed and Levi play.

I am willing to allow 'license' (buy me a drink sometime) my patent if you want something built off of it, but you just need a spool to pop off, and that is stupid easy if you separate the bolt/valve action.

I would have a setup with a removable front section, for the magazine/boltless setup, then have a breech that bolts on that would run the FS or regular paintballs, you could even just have a blowforward bolt for those guns. In fact, I have a design I was using for somebody else's concept I can throw at Danzco. Would be easy to do.

The hard part would be the clip ejecting action. Uhm, do you 'Need' the clip parts? What is the total length of the SBalls? 1.5 to 1.75"? Do you want side or top ejection? Do you want side or bottom fed clip? Will you want a clip catching bag? Maybe a wide body magazine that feeds and catches the clips? Is there a ROF max you need?

I bought them from a manufacturer in china. I can get you the info if you wanted to contact them...

I'm open to any type of valving and design... Whatever is balance between manufacturing cost and reliability. I prefer simple over complex.

I'm open to other loading options. but I just dont' know any other loading option that I know will be reliable.. They are very oddly shaped. I'm good with side or bottom loading mag. they are 1.40" long. A bag won't be needed... ROF of maybe 4-5.. Nothing fast, but fast enough to hit a moving target..

I have a design, but I wanted to see if anyone else would have a better idea. I'm an electronics guy with decent mechanical skills. But others out there are mechanical masters!!!!

Well, you do need a way to load them that wouldn't compress them against each other. And without running a goofy reverse banana clip.

So, the rotary I like - and it would be easy to make a Thompson look alike that would work, though you might as well put a target on the drum.

Other thoughts:

Under the barrel, shotgun type layout. They would be in a line to slide in with the action.

An inline rotary breech, that runs like a conveyor belt. Would be 1.5" wide.

Small guide ring on the back of the fins that gets pulled off on the load? The guide ring could fall into the back of the clip, and be reusable.

The side feed would let you just have a SMG type setup, with a 5 shot clip and a catchbag.

1.5" of travel for a ram would be easy to find for a bolt setup, if needed.

I will noodle on it a bit.

My design actually uses a 12 gauge shotgun drum mag. It works really nice for loading.

And yes, the smg would be a good basis for a design...

thanks for our help!!!

No problem - And we could have allot of fun with this. For example, the H&K G11:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ehr_G11_sk.jpg

http://images.wikia.com/guns/images/...G11Diagram.PNG

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2185/...d536fb63e6.jpg

So, the feed mechanism is rotary in a way, but we could stack the rounds tail down, the would drop in, and then they would fire when the breech rotates. Using a dual noid setup, one to fire the gun, another to cycle a ram that moves the breech would be fairly easy. And this would win cool points. You might have to make 10. Yes, so not the 'best' route, but it would be cool!

Were you thinking a Siaga rotary magazine? Oh, those are fun. My brother has one...

Yeah, that would be sweet!! Loving the G11 look.

Yep, i already have a Siaga mag and drum. Ran some tests on it. Seems to work really nicely... My first sniper rifle uses a configuration like the old Warmachine Assault. It only uses one valve to push the bolt forward and then fire. I might use the same design as its a great lower pressure system, its easy to build, and Would support the sleeve design.. Although I do see a big plus using 2 noids. One to fire, one to load...
