Maybe it would be an idea to have a pre-order for event shirts. I know some people would like to have them, so that could be the best of both worlds. That way I know how many to make and don't get stuck with a box full of rags.

Thanks,
Brent

Brent, I was wondering any possible way for the 2010 event is any way possible to possibly till up the top layer of the dirt, My ankle and Knees even with pads are tore up. The ground felt like concret when you tried to slide on it.

Good event. Good reffing, good competition, and good venue. I really like the venue and I am glad that Brent was able to do it again. It was great to see all of my friends, old and new. I was impressed with the hustle and involvement of the refs. I know most of them and they know what they are doing. Doing it is a different thing, and they did. It is really nice to see refs that know when a player could have been (maybe should have been) shot and takes the welts to go find out. No one gets all of the calls, but you guys got more than most and made it fun for all.

This was our first time playing this event, and we had a great time. We liked the venue, the competition, and the reffing. Great job!

We're already looking forward to next years event.

this was a great event! Brent always works to get ready for the indoor and does not even get to play it. great job Brent!
to Jason and all the refs, great job! you guys worked hard all weekend and made a lot of really tough calls. i watched as all the refs left, and they were shot up and dirty. only down side was some refs were a little slow on paint checks when players called for them. but when players are calling for checks it means good sportsmanship and thats a great thing.
Brent it was really nice spending time with you. i feel like we know eachother
better. you have helped me over the years, so it was the least i could do to repay you for all you do for the game and the players. thanks for the props!
it felt good to give something back to the game that i love. YJP was proud to be able to help!

Congrats to Asylum Killerz for the BG Indoor and SEPS season win. Hey Benny, does this mean you are on the free agent market? I heard there was some old washed up team looking to get their out of shape ***** back in the paintball scene. They could probably use someone who has actually been playing as of late Let me know your contract demands and I'll see what we can work out.

Yeah for sure! I now have 23 stitches and a permanant scar. But i do have a pretty cool story to tell about it now. I continued to play the game and shot out the last two guys to win the game so that was cool. Had a great time what little I did get to play. Look forward to healing and playing more in 2010.

Awards pictures added to original post. I still have to get the Top-Gun picture.

I believe my camera could use better red eye reduction. Either that or there were a lot of evil people at that tourney.

Thanks,
Brent

Hey Bree, uh first how did you hear of gator slapping? Second gator slapping is something that Stephen McClanahan from Sinister Sainthood invented back home at Cascade. You take a soft rubber alligator and smack an unsuspecting victim in the face with it. Afterwards you proceded to dance around happily and yell "GATOR SMACK".

If by hot shots you mean photographs of you then check this link. I was the only photographer on the field during the entire event.
